New villas with panoramic views in a newly built village Tivat

A new settlement of 30 residential buildings, 6 km from the center of Tivat. All houses have a panoramic view of the Tivat Bay.

These prices are relevant at the initial stage of construction. When making a reservation, a fee of 10% of the total price is paid. The houses of the first stage will be ready in the winter-spring of 2023-2024. Completion of the construction of the entire village is autumn 2025.
